Sabah Parks Confiscates Fish Bombing Tools, Suspects Escape

Sabah Parks Enforcement Unit has detained a pump boat and a kayak operated by four suspects at Gaya Island (Tanjung Wokong) of Tunku Abdul Rahman Park on 15 April 2020. Suspects , however, fled into the forest of Gaya Island. The boat which contained equipment for fish bombing activities were seized for further investigation.

Unit Penguatkuasaan Taman-Taman Sabah telah menahan sebuah bot pam dan kayak di Pulau Gaya (Tanjung Wokong), Taman Tunku Abdul Rahman pada 15 April 2020 yang dikemudikan oleh empat orang suspek. Walaubagaimanapun suspek telah melarikan diri ke kawasan hutan di Pulau Gaya. Bot yang berisi peralatan untuk aktiviti pengeboman ikan telah ditahan untuk siasatan lanjut.
